Induction Hob Adapter

This 24cm adapter/diffuser plate is a practical stainless steel plate that lets you use regular kitchen cookware that normally doesn't work on an induction hob. The adapter acts as a transition layer between your pot or pan and the induction hob – it absorbs the heat generated by induction and transfers it to the bottom of the cookware via conductive stainless steel, so you can cook even with cookware that isn't directly induction-compatible. 

It's suitable for various types of materials – aluminum, cast iron, enamel, stainless steel, ceramic or glass – and can be used on an induction hob as well as a gas stove, where it helps spread heat evenly.
